Also hitting would-be threats Scizor and Breloom is funny, T-Tar is pretty good at knocking would-be counters it's why TyraniBoah was a thing in the past.And yes Tales has the ability to make those pokemon more threatening and it's an incentive to use them. But the other Weather pokemon do similar things while not being useless, thus they are preferred.
Well Abomasnow is more of an anti-meta pokemon but yeah.
