I once went to a therapists office (not for myself nor did I enter a private room) and saw a screen displaying interesting facts about fetishes, 70% of people on the spectrum have kinks, clearly they know how to help people deal with those thoughts and feelings.
at the very least I'd suggest taking a break from 4chan.
