His highest leveled Pokemon is Pikachu, at level 88. Bring a physically bulky ground-type if you want to combat it with no complications.
Would highly suggest fielding a fighting-type, or teaching one of your Pokemon a fighting-type move, in order to smash through his Snorlax and Lapras.
Your Weavile, if properly leveled, could easily defeat Venusaur, so as long as she isn't put to sleep.
Be aware that when attempting to take down his Charizard with Rotom or Luxray that you are liable to be outspeed and KO'd.
To be honest, you'd have a much better chance if you grinded a bit more.
