I suppose when it comes to a fantasy I get what you're saying, but there's something absolutely alluring of the aspect of an overgrown woman that is dependent on you, adores what she's become, and enjoys the sexual aspects despite the limitations.
Obviously though, that's why it's a fantasy. There are far too many issues with such a concept in reality.
