I did the first and final stages because that's all that really matters. Tried to not be totally biased (for example sceptile is my favorite but I couldn't put it above say torterra in good faith) but there are all biased to a degree and mine is no exception.
Rows are ordered with the stuff to the left better than the stuff to the right, but it's pretty loose outside of torterra being the best, blaziken being the worst of the acceptable bunch, and delphox being a touch above the other three shitters. Would probably move meganium down in acceptable a bit because while it's not bad it's easily the blandest final starter evo but whatever.
