>>48359377I never drew it but I had a half-realized idea for a cheetah mon years ago I sorta liked.
>electric/normal>first stage cheetah cub, it has one of those science toy plasma balls at the end of its tail>it shoots electricity from this and it doubles as a toy (cheetah cub mon is hyperactive and gets easily distracted) like a kitten with a ball of yarn. The sphere's big enough for them to nap on top of it>it has messy hair/mane on the back of its neck. This references real cheetah cubs, the way your hair stands on end when touching a plasma ball, and how hyperactive human toddlers are always running around messing their hair up>unlike the evolved form, cheetah cub is very erratic when running. it's dangerously fast but not professional about it. It zips and zigzags constantly from one point of interest to the next like zigzagoon on steroids>adult cheetah mon>now has extremely sleek, lanky, professional look akin to a high-performance racecar or its driver (but it's not another human job mon)>blinding speed>so fast it runs on water, slightly zapping any unfortunate fish>runs so fast you can only see the huge electric trail behind it, and feel the air rush by you>never did figure out anything as perfect as the plasma ball but I settled on a tesla coil. It has one in place of cheetah tail stripes. It shoots truly powerful lightning and helps cheetahmon make turns at high speeds, or perform a sudden stop by forcing its tail into the ground>if learns hurricane and twister because it can make mini versions of those ny running in a circle>hard to raise. very high-strung but friendly
