Girls having better accuracy/evade isn't something I put in, that's a vanilla mechanic. On even floors (or odd, i forget) all pokes are female, so if you're a boy you'll be missing more on even floors.
If anything I made some moves even more accurate. Maybe the next update can boost the accuracy of basic moves like Tackle and the like.

It's better to do it for something like Jirachi, which has more "super-effective" gummi types for it, and also has Nature Gifter. Also, Lockon Specs make sure all the shit you throw will hit everyone, this is important.

Girls have higher evasion and i think accuracy. Boys have higher critrates. The official booklet for Time/Darkness says this.

Girls have more evasion and accuracy while boys have a higher critrate. How high these boosts are, i dont know, but if you've ever been attacking and you feel more inaccurate than usual, this might be why. Generally though the critrate's nowhere near as important

Pretty sure Poochyenafag just did it with Warp Scarf/Pass Scarf mix. A pokemon that can't do ZIS normally has a good chance of doing it with those items.

Smoochum is second only to Drifblim's line. Female gives evasion, Forewarn gives even more evasion, and Detect Bands give still more evasion. Ability to confuse the enemies and hit the room with Powder Snow Makes Smoochum very good.

Nobody mentions Smoochum because Drifblim is Mr/Ms Perfect when it comes to PMD. Female Drifblim is flat out THE choice for level 1 dungeons. Minimize spam and Unburden are absolutely BROKEN. Drifblim is the strongest pokemon in PMD.
