Bertrand died during an episode of gridning, Burgh is a piece of shit blah blah blah. Honestly fuck the early gyms in this game. The double battles are ass, the Intimidates to start the battle, fuck it all. There was no way I wasn't going to lose someone here because my encounters have been ass. Couldn't lead with Jerems Jr because of the Intimidate and Masquerain carrying Scald which is 4x effective. Basically spammed calm mind on Buttfluff whilst Graham and Oregano did enough work to allow Jerems Jr to switch in without worrying about fucking hot water. He and ButtFluff fucked up the rest of Burgh's team but still, this one sucked. I literally have 3 team members that still don't evolve for a while and you get so few encounters.
At least I still have a team after the Bianca and Cheren fights on route 4.
