Secondly, give it time; if your general goes beyond 2 months, you'll be focusing on a generally accepted code of conduct and calling for public votes within it. It happens with every general, thus you have people who help manage those, and keep the generals on an even keel on general health.
Again, its literally "Managing" as in the term of "organization and keeping things in line" rather than "I am a boss, you listen to me."
Every general should have at least 2/3 managers who keep things in check.
Again, is English not your main language? Its okay if it isn't. There's alot of ESL's because of Showdown and the Southern Hemisphere.
