However, I think you need to be aware that it is quite a silly sounding concept, and that could be a good or bad thing depending on where you go with it. Just because you have a silly concept doesn't mean the work can't be good (see TTGL) but I think you'd have to handle it quite carefully to pull of the right balance and I think that'd take a lot of effort and skill.
Also how would some random ass kid get the plates of Arceus formed into bones and put inside his body? Unless it was done by some crazy ass scientist but where would he find them.
