So I finally caught it after maybe 2 1/2 hours over the last couple days. It's moves became somewhat predictable based on its AI after a while. I.e. it would always wake up after 3 turns then use fly, then outrage continuously. Or it would wake and use fly continuously. However, I noticed maybe a fifth of the time after waking he'd use rest two turns in a row if I kept my oddish out. This key me loose a poisonpowder that drained his health as a switched in my mons as sacrifice and continually threw balls every turn. Maybe the 11th time I tried this (It goes 7 balls each time) and it worked.
