I like it. It's simple, but a good progression to make an early route shitmon into something pretty good. And it gets the point across pretty well, it's a cross shaped bat, what more do you want? It looks like Gengar but cooler.
I don't consider the Stadium model to be canon, so the teeth don't bug me. They look fine in the main games. Personal preference, but I do like the blue body/purple wings the rest of the line has better than Crobat's coloring. Shiny form looks nice as is though, which is good because lots of people accidentally find shiny Zubat.
