Buizel who is able to last minutes longer than the Meowth underwater, eventually having to see the horrifying fate of drowning happen to his partner far before that. And of course either Buizel also succumbing to the same fate, or actually being the only one who is rescued in time. This fic should have more emphasis on the drowning more than anything.
