Doing some pre-planning for my first mod/hack; a light reworking of Pokemon Crystal.
Goals:
Improve level curve and difficulty
Improve available type variety and accessibility
Improve level up movepools and TMs for better coverage
Introduce new moves or modern pre-existing ones for better coverage as needed
Adjust evolution requirements where needed
Maintain the classic feel of gen 2 including artwork and story

Rebattleable gym leaders, E4 has difficulty settings
