I used to be a breedfag in X/Y and it was such a fucking waste of time. I literally fell asleep on multiple occasions dropping my 3ds trying to breed for shinies/perfect iv mons. With pkhex it allows me to quickly make a competitive team to play with my friends/randoms without any unnecessary shitty time sinks.
idc how much easier they make it in games. theres no sense of accomplishment holding down the run button while you fuck off and watch tv to get good stats.
