Right now I don't really like your Gliscor set. It doesn't really do anything apart from not-dying. You could always replace Roost with Toxic for a simple SubToxic set. Alternatively you could just replace Gliscor with Skarmory. It fills the same role as your current set and can set up Spikes while it's at it.
Your Heatran definitely wants Leftovers over Air Balloon. Air Balloon allows more offensive Heatran sets to act as a one-time counter to specific threats, but is almost completely useless in long drawn out matches. Leftovers are a much better choice for defensive sets on stall teams.
Currently your Hippowdon has Earthquake twice. Just replace one with Whirlwind.
