But the real reason why Decidueye most likely won't be in Smash is simply that it is not popular and it has got no attention from Game Freak and TPC. You really think a Pokémon that is scheduled to appear in Smash would be ignored like that? Incineroar and Mimikyu are the ones that TPC has been focusing on, so the race is almost certainly between them for a spot in Smash.
