Any particular memories or events stand out about it?I like the 3rd generation even more now thanks to rom hacks and chose Sapphire as my favorite because although I like Emerald's battle frontier, I enjoyed doing contests throughout the game as my team grew, rather than bottlenecked near the end in Emerald (the other halls were replaced with battle tents). I like all the starters too, but chose Treecko first and thought it was fitting against Team Aqua. I used to stay up at night and play thanks to the GBA SP's light, and fall asleep listening to different BGMs like Verdanturf Town or Route 113 (Volcanic Ash area).
>You get to choose the next Pokemon spin-off or crossover: what kind of game will it be?I've always enjoyed Pokemon Pinball and would enjoy one with lots of boards (maybe one for each type). Otherwise, maybe a Smash Bros. style game exclusively made with Pokemon fighters.
