For two, because I wanna be a special snowflake that can say I legally own the shiny Kanto legendaries in gen2.
For three, I can transfer them but not in the conventional way.
I give myself some liberties and gen them on my Emerald save, where I pick a random shiny frame with random stats with RNG Reporter and treat is as a hatched egg. Did this with this Lapras, Natu, Grimer and a couple others.
I use then a tool on my flashcard to put the save on the real cartridge and transfer it all the way from there.
