If Galar's Pokejobs are to say anything towards its effect, you have psychic types working in clothing stores and I think cafes reading people's mind and informing individuals of what customers want. Its mind reading yes, but its not hard to assuming or push the idea that the Pokemon itself isn't using telepathy to inform workers or owners of what people want. They can also work to organize books apparently too. So... The Pokedex Implies things like Pokemon not being able to understand Humans or Telepathy being unique, but some stuff doesn't quite add up when compared to stuff we see in the games and anime.
