The gym is an old fire station with a lot of different entrances to different floors and rooms, some leading to dead end where you have to climb back up with provided ladders and door hatches so you aren't stuck permanently.
Team would consist of: Magmar, Rotom-H, Houndoom and Heatmor
Post E4: Ninetales, Magmortar, Rotom-H, Houndoom, Darmanitan and Heatmor
Trainers would be workers and ace trainers i'd say, since it fits into the atmosphere, sort of. My twist would be that most, if not all the trainers would be using water types just to throw them off considering the building.
I'm just someone who works for that service and decided to use my time to master that type rather than go against it, giving it some twisted irony.
