This would be a short four-panel comic one might title "Mega Golurk?"
So it's a Doubles Battle with Tatsugiri and Dondozo vs Golurk and a Mega Excadrill (panel 1).
Golurk is thinking (like the thonk emoji, finger and thumb) about combining with Excadrill like Tatsugiri's ability Commander. This can probably just be a close-up of Golurk with a thought-bubble for clarity if needed (panel 2).
Golurk grabs Mega Excadrill like a squeaky toy to humorous effect. This can be just Golurk's giant hand seizing Mega Excadrill around the torso with Mega Excadrill reacting like a squeaky toy in surprise. E.g. eyes bulging, implied squeaky toy noise (panel 3).
Golurk raising Mega Excadrill, in 'drill form,' above it's head in a pose and/or style referencing Gurren Lagann's Giga Drill Breaker attack (panel 4, see picrel).
I'm kinda seeing this as two short panels sandwiched between two wide panels.
