There's a lot of little things I'd criticize about your list.
Flareon is pretty pointless, since Volcanion can hit for 220 consistently, which is all you really need to do.
Professors Letter is just an inferior version of Energy Retrieval 90% of the time in this deck.
Fisherman might sound ideal but is extremely slow and likely not going to pay dividends when you're only running 10 energy and attacking with pokemon that requires 3 energy. That's a lot of energy tied up on the board if you have an attacker and a backup attacker getting ready.
2 Escape Rope and 1 Switch seems a bit much. I would just throw in another Float Stone and then toss in Olympia to shit on Fright Night Yveltal. Olympia seriously kicks ass, as it resets Volcanic Heat, heals, and fucks a major archetype right now.
I can see why you'd like to run Parallel City, but it has no good outcome in a Volcanion deck. Either you're limiting your bench space, which isn't ideal for the deck, or your reducing your damage. Not having a counter stadium is the big criticism I have of my own deck, and it's due almost solely to the fact that I can't get rid of a Parallel City.
