Something that I've been noticing that skipped my gaze last time I played Rejuvenation is that Nastasia seems to have a connection with Madame X, even reacts strangely when Neved says she nearly killed him and we know from the past that's she's Maria's friend and was looking for her too, more fuel for the Madame Melia theory I guess.
