okay so bad news and good news i flipped it on its side again to get to the sump hose and i was squeezing it and i couldn't feel a thing however if the cart was in there it may have fallen back into the drum when i put it on its side but its extremly unlikley that happend cause i didn't hear anything fall and make a noise i wasn't able to unscrew with one final screw it was on way to tight and at a weird angle so i couldn't use the machine screw driver so if it was in their i haven't been able to look in from this angle
