Something like +40 Atk, +30 to both Defs. With an offensive Ability that it's not Sheer Force since the moves that benefit from that are only STAB and Crunch. Strong Jaw COULD be useful, but then you're stuck with Fire- and Thunder Fang, Crunch and a last filler.
I'd love an ability to make reference about Arcanine's Speed, but a Gale Wings clone, any -ate ability to take Extreme Speed or Speed Boost don't suit Arcanine IMO.
Argh, I hate this, there are a lot of potential options but almost none of practical ones ;___;
