I've decided to go ahead and post the fic I've been working on per the request of my collaborator. There are still 2 more chapters left to upload, but they have been written and will all be online by next Tuesday.

I'm not sure if it'll interest many people here, but one of my goals for writing this was to try and change the somewhat skeptical attitude surrounding Tabitha's revamp. I think he is a great character with a lot of potential, but unfortunately the games don't really do him (or any other character) much justice. That's why I really like to see fics such as the ones posted with Brawly and Winona that try to flesh out some of the side characters.
