For appearance, make it like pic related, but with black hair, tired looking eyes if possible (since I don't know how possible is that in sprite art), otherwise just do them normally, and the sheet's clothes (preferably with the jacket, but if it's too much because of the tentacle pattern, you can leave it out);
As for pose, just standing normally with hands in pockets (the jacket's pockets if you do them, otherwise the pants').
That's it I guess, kinda feels like I'm abusing, but if you're still willing to do it, I'll be very grateful.
