It's that simple. This is completely normal, especially for a company like TPC, which was created to handle things like this so that Nintendo/Game Freak/Creatures don't have to do it themselves and to simplify the process; instead of all three companies needing to individually hire lawyers, they can just hire lawyers for TPC.
