A friend of mine let me borrow their copy of Let's Go Eevee, and I've actually been having a lot of fun with it. Thank god saves are no longer tied to the carts so you can easily borrow Pokemon games now. The Go catching mechanic is a bit janky, but I like how it breaks up the gameplay. You battle for a bit, then you catch stuff for a bit. Riding and following mons are really neat, and I'm constantly swapping out Pokemon just so I can see how each Pokemon follows you.
I would never actually buy this game though. $60 is way too much for the amount of content it has. If I could find a copy for $20 though I would definitely buy it.
