Ex-champion of the League, he was dethroned by that bitch Diantha when the aberration that is the Fairy type came along with the mega stones. He seeks to give the kings of Pokémon their rightful place once again by recalibrating the ultimate weapon to exterminate the fairy magic from the surface of the world.
He manages to do it, erase the fairy type from the planet, then conquer the League and replace every members with his team admins.
He uses dragons but also counters to fairies like poison and steel types he trained before erasing the fairy type.
