Combine them so you have 1x31, 2x31, 3x31, 4x31 and 5x31 male mons, like this:
31/-/-/-/-/- (HP brace) + -/31/-/-/-/- (Atk brace) = 31/31/-/-/-/-
31/31/-/-/-/- (HP brace) + -/31/31/-/-/- (Def brace) = 31/31/31/-/-/-
And so on.
Now get a mon you want to breed.
If it's male, breed with a Ditto to make it female.
Add egg moves.
Breed with a mon that has the desired nature (that one should be holding an everstone).
Now you have a natured female with egg moves.
Give it a new everstone, breed it with the 1x31 holding a brace, now it's 1x31 natured.
Breed with the 2x31, then 3x31 and so on till you're finished.
