I've always appreciated his Special bulk but the Megas raw power was nice to, so I'm not sure what to invest in.
Calm Mind / Psyshock / Moonblast / Wish is the moveset he'll have (RIP Pixilate Hyper Voice, but I guess no mega means more Trace shenanigans at least).
