Osha: Um, that depends... what are you teaching?
Ms. Audino: Oh! You're very new students, huh? Well let me give you a rundown. Your teammates are capable of learning many skills. Dungeoneering for example, would teach a pokemon to recognize exploration patterns, so that they might help you better navigate or solve puzzles while out on missions. Or, if you're looking for something with a bit more active utility you could try having them learn the Technology skill- then they can build and repair all sorts of technology while out on the field- no need to return to the smith!
Osha: Huh. Sounds interesting, maybe we should have some of our teammates learn some skills.
Ms. Audino: Hold on now, it takes a while to learn a new skill, and each pokemon can only learn up to 3 at a time. However, as an introductory offer, we can give any one of your teammates a crash course in the subject of your choice.
I should mention that some pokemon might be more suited for one skill over others. If you have someone less... ah, adept at brainwork, just for example, then something like Technology might clash with their personality and be somewhat wasted on them. Think about what kind of pokemon your teammates are and what would work well with them!
