Rate my Team, /cpg/? I've been on Showdown the last few days with it, results have been pretty positive so far but I want to see what you guys think.
Edward Flowerhands (Roserade)
>Special Attacker, plain and simple. Toxic is great support and boosts Venoshock. It's a risk to run it over Sludge Bomb, which is a quicker and cleaner attack, but Venoshock catches plenty of people off-guard. Tox'd a Clefable as it set up Cosmic Power, they laughed because >Magic Guard, but I 2HKO'd it with the following Venoshocks. Ba-boom. Technician makes Hidden Power Fire a 90 BP attack that takes care of Ferrothorn, which people keep thinking they can safely switch in.
Kritter (Charizard, Mega-Y)
>The other Special Attacker. I am genuinely surprised that more people don't run AncientPower on YZard, it's a great check against the foe's Fire-types that try to sneak in against me, especially other Charizards. I invested as much as I could into Speed because with base 149 attack, I'll focus on being able to put it to work before the foe can throw a Thunderbolt at me.
Boo Ha Ha (Spiritomb)
>The Anti-Gliscor. ToxiStall Gliscor is a fuck so I gave Boo everything he needs to catch that bastard off guard. Infiltrator + Hidden Power Ice will plow right through their Substitutes, usually forcing a switch. If they spam Protect, things get trickier, but Plan B comes in later. Usually, Boo can brute force his way in. He's also great at burning Sporing Brelooms and isn't bad at all against Aegislash, if I have a bit of luck on my side. By the way, predicting a Gliscor switch and burning them before their Toxic Orb activates is fucking hilarious. Boo used to run Shadow Sneak, but I decided that Sucker Punch (with prediction) works most to my benefit. I'm currently rethinking the EV spread, not sure about 252 Atk investment for one move.
