Gastrodon and Quagsire are better defensively due to having reliable recovery and, in Quagsire's case, Unaware. Unlike Whiscash, Seismitoad has no way to boost its pretty average stats and with Mega Swampert getting Swift Swim, Seismitoad is left without a niche at all.
Mostly lowered speed because I'm a Trick Room user and there aren't enough TR megas, so the stat distribution ends up being pretty similar to Abomasnow (Boma has less HP, 7 more attack, 10 more defense, 2 more sp. atk and 19 less speed)
Terrafy would be used to take advantage of Hyper Voice.
