>>53667925The problem was always that dragons have ridiculously high stats compared to every other type and really good movepools on top of that. Yes strong STAB moves were a factor back in the day, but that fundamentally wasn't what made them broken. Fastforward to today and the same dragons are at the top of tier lists doing the same things they did back then except now they rely on secondary STAB or run a steel move.
