I straight up just switched the difficulty to normal, I loathe, LOATHE bullshit custom moves, I think Rejuvenation for as much as I hate it does it reasonably okay up to a certain point, but when they AI gets a move that is so absolutely busted that they literally no reason to spam anything else, that is when you know you completely failed in the most basic aspects of game design, even in Rejuvenation most of the custom moves serve different purposes and are typically not a "you win for free" button for the AI (minus Eve on v13 intense but that's a whole 'nother story).
I'm probably not going to boil what few braincells I have over with this faggotry on intense, I'll keep playing on normal difficulty for now.
