Post that Raichu at least contributes to attacking both Samurott and Stoutland.
Pikachu can only attack 1 at a time. The only upside to Pikachu is that it requires less energy to attack than Raichu so if your aim was to activate the unity then maybe you might have a case for Pikachu.
Regardless they are both equally useless. If you can't kill Emboar and Samurott then you ain't killing Stoutland.
