I guarantee that within a week of release you'll all be singing its praises. Just look at the switch in opinion for Let's Go that's occurring.
Even if the game is just a copy of DP, it's only $60. Who cares? I'd happily pay that just to play DP in HD on my TV. If $60 is a lot to you, you have bigger things than a Pokemon game to worry about.
