A while back, Taunt and Smack Down were suggested, so I'll add those too, but. Not too many fighting types get Psych Up so I won't add it yet unless there is a fitting reason.
I can see Fling being alright for Chayan, but I can see that throwing something may not make sense for a poke with no hands and one that can't open its hands.
