>>53723202Pokemon being weird hybrid chimeras is fine. Look at pikachu. It's a mouse based on a squirrel but looks like neither, can walk upright and it even has fangs. It was considered a good thing that many pokemon weren't 1:1 animals that could be easily nailed down like say, Pidgey.
