This results in borders of colours being slighlty blurred.
It's not realy an issue when looking at a picture, but a fill tool's nightmare when instead of white you get 10 subtle shades of grey around every black line.
Also if, instead of downloading, you copy a jpg and save it as a new jpg it will compound the issue. Video related
