There's a huge unused chunk of land in RSE, that was only used for a Kyurem portal in ORAS
That and a massive island south of Pacifidlog Town.
Besides that, maybe having a more interconnected ocean, without barriers would have been nice in ORAS. There's no need to rail people onto one line anymore. Would have also made the improved Surfing nicer to use.
