to be precise the appearance of that girl on the 'leaks' do not prove that the starter evos are real, if you get your hands on a to be announced character you can easily abuse this and make up starters yourself.
also the fact that previous true leaks where wrongly critizised to be fakes does not prove that the leaks have to be real this time.
starter designs varying in certain points from older starters does not imply that such designs are impossible, from this logic you could easily deduce that any pokemon which is no old starter can be a future starter because it differs from them in not being one of them.
im not speaking of prbabilities here, just that no one can be sure and we should all keep cool and wait for further information from gf
