>>51527637Since this a new post, I'll just decribe how you would get each Champion Battle.
>Blue (simplest)After obtaining your 4th Gym Badge OR the Badge from Olivine, whichever comes first, Blue will stop your character shortly outside of the Gym, and ask them a few questions. I'm not a skilled enough writer to make the specific quotes but the gist of what he'll ask is:
>"Do you know who I am?">"Are you serious about beating all the Gyms in Johto and becoming the League Champ?">"What do you think about that Dragon Tamer, Lance? Is he a chump or what?"If you say yes to all 3, Blue will be the Champion. If you "fail" the interaction he'll be the Viridian Gym Leader.
Let's say you "Failed"
Silver is no longer a "barrier" to your progression so to speak. He'll battle you everywhere he did in-game, plus a few other places (again, I'll go into depth more in another post). The change is, you don't have to win to progress.
If you win them all OR lose a majority, Silver becomes the Champion, but his dialogue will change depending on which of these was met.
If none if the conditions have been met, Lance will be the Champ.
Let's give them some champion teams
Lance
>Aerodactyl lv. 57>Kingdra lv. 59>Charizard lv. 59>Dragonair lv. 59>Dragonite lv. 61>Dragonite lv. 62Silver
>Magneton lv. 57>Ursaring lv. 59>Slowking lv. 59>Gengar lv. 59>Murkrow if you lost most battles, Crobat if you won them all, lv. 61>His starter lv. 62Blue
>Gyarados lv. 57>Exeggutor lv. 59>Arcanine lv. 59>Rhydon lv. 59>Machamp lv. 61>Pidgeot lv. 62Pic Unrelated because he wouldn't have a Blastoise.
