Gamefreak needs to stop making Pokémon which completely outclass older Pokémon, without compensating by giving the older Pokémon some stat boosts or a new niche. Case in point:

They saved some older Pokémon from irrelevance, like Clefable and Azumarril; and Dragonite stayed relevant even with Salamence around thanks to Multiscale. Why can't they give this treatment to so many other Pokémon which needed it? A few unique moves, maybe a tiny BST boost, or a better HA is often all that's needed.
