Also, if I can give any advice for trying to get these tricky diamond shots, if you ever get a decent photo with a perfect 1,000 on placement, keep that photo even if it's less points than a new photo you took. Things like size and direction are easy enough to eyeball on your own, but it helps a lot to have a perfectly centered "template" to compare your submission to with the X button, so that you can choose a photo that lines up the best and lock down those 1,000 points easily. I was lucky enough to barely pass the threshold even without a perfect placement score, but I think doing that still helped.
