Remember folks, NM cards are actually rare and the cards that are tanking in price are ones that are either ungraded 4-7s and graded 8s and below.
Collectors and investorfags only want the best of the best and there’s money in that, but if you’re trying to make money with your cracked, creased, or crushed cards you’re a fucking idiot. And anyone using this as a lifeline for money is dumb too, but not wrong because of how much is being flipped around, poke craze is actually gaining traction, people getting back into old hobbies cause there’s nothing to do. Many of these won’t be here next year but that doesn’t mean some other stupid craze hits in 3-5 years and all of a sudden Pokémon is dominating the world again.
So, pro tip, don’t take it all so seriously, enjoy the cards you enjoy, and have a great new year.
