Every other part has been made easymode over the years, with a ridiculous amount of options to not only maximize EVs in but a few minutes, but making it ridiculously simple to roll natural 31s on all IVs.
The only reason people hack and cheat is because they want to cut the grind out for Shiny Pokemon with all the fancy bells and whistles.There is literally no other reason for it than that.
